Order One Or More Products

Click "Add to cart" if you want to buy a product. Make sure you select the correct size. To finish the order, click on the cart in the top right corner on your screen. Then you continue to the payment process. You need to specify your delivery / billing address and you need to select a payment method. After succesful payment, the order is placed.

Adjusting Your Order

After you succesfully placed your order, the products will be collected in our warehouse for shipment. If you want to adjust your order, please tell us as soon as possible. After the shipment left our warehouse, it is nog possible to make an adjustment to your order.

Shoe Size

To find your correct Lureaux Size, please first check the Lureaux shoes you already possess as a reference. In case you don't have Lureaux shoes, in general, just pick one size smaller than you would normally wear, because Lureaux shoes are large fitted. For example, if your normal size is 42, you need to order Lureaux Shoes in size 41. Our experience shows that when you use this rule of thumb, you will get the correct size with a probability of > 95%.

Confirmation Email

After we succesful order placement we will send you a confirmation email. Is the money deduct from your (bank-)account, but you did not receive a confirmation email? Please check your junk/spam folder. If you created an account on, your order will be presented in the top of your account page.

Cancel Your Order

Cancellation is not possible after your order is processed. Orders can only be cancelled if your order is still in our warehouse (i.e. is not on its' way to the delivery address). If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.


It is possible to create an account for this webshop. An account makes future orders even more convenient. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner and select "Create Account".

Log On Problems

In case of log on problems, please check the error message and code. The most common mistakes are typos in username and/or password. You can get a new password if you can't remember your current password.

New Password

Click on "Forgot Your Password?" and submit your email. Within a few minutes you will receive a link to change your password.

Delivery Time [Shipments Outside The Netherlands]

We always do our best to let you wear your Lureaux Shoes as soon as possible after ordering. Shipments leave our warehouse from Monday untill Friday. International shipments will be delivered in 2-5 working days.

After we processed your order, you receive an email with your Track- & Trace number. With this Track- & Trace number you can check the estimated time of delivery.

Shipping Costs [Shipments Outside The Netherlands]

You pay a small delivery fee, depending on the country of delivery. DHL / FedEx charges us for each shipment depending on the country of delivery. It is for instance very costly to ship to Hawaï, but relatively cheap to ship to Germany. We decided to pay 10,00 for each order outside the Netherlands. The remainder will be paid by the customer, you. The shipping costs will be added directly to the total costs of your order after you specified your country of delivery.


In case you are not at home when the delivery takes place

If a package can not be delivered to you or the addressee, it will be offered to the neighbors. If the package can not be delivered to neighbors, it will be delivered again the next day. The chance is therefore that the order will be received by the recipient one day later. If the consignee and the neighbors are not at home at the second delivery moment, then a message from the shipping company will be left in your mailbox. This indicates which pickup point you or the recipient can pick up the order.


In case the shoes don’t fit, or in case you have changed your mind: You can easily return undamaged and unworn items. We will refund the purchase amount of the returned items via the payment method you have chosen during your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged/worn items and/or reimburse you for damaged/worn items. The only exception to this rule is if, immediately after delivery and before wearing the items, a digital photo of the damaged article(s) is taken showing that the article was damaged upon delivery. To return items, follow the step-by-step plan below:

1 Download our return form. Put your items, including a completed return form in a solid shipping bag or box. Close the bag/box and and bring it to a post office within 3 months from the purchase date. Please use the return address (specified below). We don't reimburse your return shipment costs nor do we pay for custom duties if applicable (e.g. in case of a Brexit without trade agreements). You will have to pay for your return shipment, please make sure you select an affordable shipping company and/or service.

2 Make sure you are able to Track your return shipment. This ensures that we can still verify you've send the items back to us in case of a missing package (e.g. the courier lost it). Please, send a copy of the complete return form to We will process your return request as soon as possible.


In case the shoes don’t and you need another size or style, you can follow the return procedure above and place a new order on this website. It would take too much time to manually process exchange requests: you would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the right size/style after you send it back. When you place a new order, you have the right size/style within a few days.

Please note that you return your shoes within 3 months of the order date. Customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourgh can generate a return label in our webshop. We only include a return label in the shipping box for orders from Germany, Austria, and France. If you return products from another country, we cannot reimburse you for the return shipment. We also do not reimburse any payment fees.
